Reusing nuts on new ubolt? Yes or no

I'm putting x code springs on the excursion tonight. I have all new u bolts, but they failed to send me a second set of nuts. Can I reuse the old nuts? I'd like to finish this job up tonight, but it's my dads truck so if it'll be risky ill try and hunt down a set tomorrow. Thanks.

Yes nuts should be fine

I've never reused them, but I can't see why it would be unsafe. It's not like the stretch like the u-bolts do.

That's what I was thinking. If it was my truck I wouldn't have even asked. Thanks for the replies.
