I broke the bolt that stems out from my light bar because I didn't think it was tightened enough. Is this just a regular bolt? I would rather take it apart and replace the bolt myself than have to pay for shipping for it to get it fixed. Any help is appreciated.

removing that will void your warranty won't it?
I can't believe that broke, I'm sure you can just remove the endcap its like a piece of allthread isn't it?

I think it will, unless I have a professional do it from a local 4x4 shop but I could be wrong. I'll have to check out the the warranty information.

From what I've heard from other people, it's just allthread. But I've also been told that if I remove the side cover, it's just a regular bolt that sits in there and I can replace it.

I don't think rigid allows anyone but themselves to work on them, I don't think they would trust half the hacks out there in some of these shops
