Roof Racks

Anyone doing a roof rack with lights? If so, show us some pics. If not, why?

Just curious as to why you'd need one? Anything that could fit on the roof can fit in the bed just as easy.

I tow a 40ft 5th wheel and try to keep the bed clear of stuff. I also use the truck to do side jobs so i load up the bed with ladder, tools and ****. I also want to move the spare tire. Eventually I want to move my air set up to the rear so I can put another gas tank on the other side of the truck. My 2000 F250 only carries 24 gallons and when towing the 5th wheel, I have to stop at every gas station I see lol.

I like the look of them on jeep wagons and FJs and stuff, just not sure how it would look on our trucks. Just tossing around ideas in my head.

seen a few around town
the really good tough ones cantilever from the bed and take the weight
so they don't mount to the cab itself

seen some that actually have ramps the the top of the bedsides and the guy could pull his rail up it
