While at idle the motor will rumble loud and the exhaust gets deeper and you can hear the winding down of the turbo out the exhaust. I have also heard it once while in operation. Hopefully someone out there can help or relate to the cause. Thanks

Did you replace your actuator? When it does it, it throws two codes about my turbo boost. P2263 and I believe p2563

This came up on another forum:

''I recieved these codes will working in the the bush @-38c,= -40f. It did not seem to severe but the turbos were not spolling up on acceleration, no psi at all. the truck did not have the ussuall jump. When I got back to my hotel that night checked on other sites and found that it was P2263-Turbo acuator sensor,
P2536- turbo charger acuator. Seems that the tube plus sensor off the drivers side exhaust becomes plugged up with exhaust sludge, the cold weather precipitates this sludge in the sensor.''
Once again he chimed in to help somebody else and pointed me in the right direction. I went to the local Ford dealer they had the sensor/tube assembly =$80.00 can.. Installed took 1/2 hour in parking lot. . The truck has 950 miles since and is running as before.
Was able to delete codes with my H&S. There is a lot of info on this seems to be a common problem. Replacing was easier than trying to clean it out."
