I have an S&B intake on my truck and I hate how their oiling system uses a squeeze tube. With the squeeze tube I have a bad habit of over oiling the filter. I also have a hard time getting it even throughout the filter. Anyone figured out an easier way to oil their filter? I'm use to the K&N I had on my F150 with the spray can, that was so much easier to use and quicker too!

I have thought about going to a dry filter but I drive gravel roads too much to not use an oiled filter.

How are other brands of filters for oiling? I'm going to need new filters soon so I might just swap to a different intake instead if another brand is easier to oil, as long as it provides the filtration I need too.

I have the oiled AFE filter. I use there oil as well and think it's a spray can. No issues. Have you considered a no limit intake. You have a choice on filters I think also

The problem is I didn't buy one cleaning kit to try, I bought a box of S&B cleaning kits lol. I guess I'll sell the rest and buy something some other brand of spray cans for now.

I've been looking for an excuse to switch to the No-Limit intake, I might finally have one...
