Here is a bump for you bud. I couldn't answer your question to be 100% honest with you. I am sure I could do something with one since I have CNC equipment etc. I know there has to be someone doing it and if not we could try it. I have a junk 475 here to toy with.

You can find ball bearing 75mm turbos from Garrett and Precision but I don't think Borg Warner makes a BB version of the s475.

Nope, biggest they have is in the EFR line and its 68mm IIRC. And the turbine wheel on it it titanium and ultra thin/lite so won't hold up to high EGTS for long.

Forced induction was working on it last year for off shore racing boats and was testing in them for some time he said...but honestly ball bearing s475 would be no more reliable than say a htt charger or fis if you want billet
