SCT 9625 Livewire Question

If I update the firmware on my SCT Livewire, will it wipe my current tunes from GH on there?

it may. the instructions say to save the tune files on your pc and reload them after the update.

Well i just found out it didnt luckily, I got the firmware to update but the issue I'm having now is the SCT Device update program freezes and says "Not Responding" when i try to upload the latest Tune Revsion software onto it and it also does the same thing when I try to upload a custom tune file onto it. No idea why, any ideas here? Couldn't get a hold of SCT yesterday, already tried that.
