Customer bought a 9600 for a 6L. He was planning on running canned tunes until we studded his truck, then he was going to buy custom's.
Livewire was BNIB from SCT. Went to upload a tune and it said vehcile is unsupported, and showed the strategy VXCF7H3. We reformatted the device twice, and uploaded the tune revision for the 6.0L three times and still had the issue.
SCT told us that the truck needed to be reflashed to a newer strat to use the canned tunes and Innovative said the same thing. Talked to Chris @ TSD and he said that it doesnt make sense and sent me a tune for an older strat that is working just fine.
Has anyone experienced any issues like this before ?
