Seized nuts on ficm

I got the back two nuts off but the front ones have become seized and wont budge and now I think they are striped. Any help or ideas?

Have you tried heating them up?

Hammer and chisel with a bit of heat. Maybe air chisel if needed

use vice grips as well after putting some heat on it

Try a 10mm 12pt...

If they're rounded off badly try one of the rounded nut extractors. Snap on sells a set which I have..they work pretty good for stuff like that.

If you don't have any...vice grips and a hammer.

The nut extractor rounded the muthaflucker off.

Do you have a dremel tool? you can cut the head off with that, Then extract the bolt stud.
