If i put a 4 inch shackle lift in the front, what size blocks would i need in the rear? Just trying to find a cheap way to get up off the ground a little bit till i can save up and buy a full lift

to get 4 inches you will need shackles and hangers, along with an adjustable track bar. 4 inch blocks will put you in the level ballpark.

You will want a 1/2" taller block than the front lift amount for the truck to sit level. As Cory had said, you will want to do a drop track bar bracket and pitman arm aswell. We have ask of the components you will need, if you want pricing just shoot me a pm.

If you want to go the most cost concious route, then figure out your ultimate goal with respect to height. The cheapest way to lift a truck is to do it once. You won't save money by doing it in stages, unless you know the parts can be reused as you go higher.
