Well I fixed my door locks and the inevitable happened. There's something else to fix now. The trucks always been temperamental when cold with a random miss. Sometimes fire up no problem, sometimes it smokes like hell and sometimes id fire it up and all is well and 2 mins later the puff is back until warm. Now it puffs at idle all the time but when driving it runs fine. Blow by doesn't seem more than usual and it threw a P0305 on its own and a P0275 after the contribution test. As of now the trucks in the garage with 2 bolts holding the vc's on and everything else is outta the way. Im in the process of getting a hold of a compression tester to ease my mind of something drink in the block and im leaning twords an injector. Im at 200368 on the mileage and one of my concerns is replacing all injectors or just the bad one. Don't really have the grand for all of em due to the purchase of a house that is in progress but if that's what needs be then the damn truck is just gonna have to sit until I have the extra money......and I was really starting to enjoy the power locks......thanks for your opinions.

Definitely sounds like an injector. My bud knows a local place that will test them for you if you just wanna pull em all one day.. PM me its not like we dont live close... lol. 200k is just gettin started, i'm gettin there myself 188k on my ol' red.

How much does he charge to test them? It's on a flow bench right?

If you can get them all flowed and checked that's what I would do, that being said, if you're in a pinch, just replace the injectors that are bad and drive it till you have the scratch for new sticks.

Oh I have had the scratch for some hybrids and twins but something bout my wife wanting a house screwed up my plans :screwy:
