Shifting Issues

I have a 2000Excursion 7.3,Ford Heavy Duty Transmission. I have the PHP Hydra chip currently with stock,65performance,80 performance,100 performance,120 race and 140 extreme. The tranny was replaced three years ago but the truck sat for 2 yr due to the death of previous owner , I called local ford dealership and confirmed that the tranny only has 5k since replacement . I replaced the fluid with royal purple . Now my problem, tranny shifts perfectly with part throttle or wot in every tune except 100 performance and 140 extreme. In these two tunes it seems to be hunting between 2-3 at wot, it seems to be shifting 2-3-2-3-2-3 and will finally shift when i let out of throttle . I have a snap on scanner at my disposal and I have no codes ??? Anyone have any idea were to start looking? Thanks in advanced

I would give your tuner a call. Could have possibly gotten a couple corrupted files. If its fine in all other tunes, I would think the transmission is fine. May pull the chip and run in again, just to confirm.
