I am new to the Forum so I thought i'd introduce myself here with my 2001 Excursion Called "Short Bus". I bought my truck in 2003 all stock with 120k miles.
Through the years it went through a transition. I started with 8" lift and 37's on on mickey Thompson classic II's.
Then I met my wife and she wanted to lift it more. So we went to 14" lift with some 41's on 20x10 rims. Then I got a deal on some boggers and went to a 44x19.5. I had to add cutout flares to clear the boggers.
In Oct I got a deal on some big springs and now I am putting it on 24" lift and will run some 46's on 20x14 XD Riots. I may end up with the 52's but we will see.
Truck has been re-geared and has a big stereo in it for car/truck shows.
