Truck was intermittent miss/shudder SES light down to get the tranny rebuilt a week ago, now coming home with nice new tranny does it again then finally keeps the SES light on and has now a loss of power, shake/shudder at speed and what seems like a miss.

Headed down to a shop today and pulled codes, the relevant ones were P1271, P0263 and P0266 through the history/contribution test.

Trucks been ridiculously hard to start now and a new glow plug relay didn't help anything. Was gonna pull the valve covers off after this weekend and put some new GP's in anyhow, should I be ordering a new UVCH as well? Or am I looking at something more expensive anyone think?

I'd pull the covers and check them before you ordered them. Not that long or difficult and would save you some $$$ if that's not the issue

Definitely get the covers off and inspect the plugs inside and out... It should be pretty obvious if you have a bad one...
