I was wondering if anyone had any experience with removing side moldings from the bottom of your trucks. I was wanting to do it to my e99 and I wanted to know the best and cleanest way to do it.

Does the adhesive on the back of the molding Peel paint or how do you get everything off without Peel off paint?

At autozone they have a wheel you attach to your drill and it helps remove it without harming the paint

Getting the molding off is the easy part, getting the adhesive is the hard part. I got some DuPont adhesive remover(i think thats what it was called) and used it. It helped tremendously with removing the sticky adhesive.
