slow idle increase during warmups

Wondering if it's normal for the 6.4 to idle up to 1k rpms during cold starts? Don't really remember it doing a increase during the warmer months, just wondering if it does it to warm up quicker.!

Stock with 98k miles minus an airaid intake.
