Spearco Intercooler Question

I have a spearco intercooler in my daily driver 7.3, I just bought a 05 6.0 that needs some work. I am going to slowly remove the goods from my 7.3, would the spearco be a worthwile upgrade in to the 6.0 truck? I know I may need to change a couple of the hose connectors/ but already spent the money and could install the stock 6.0 intercooler in to the 7.3 truck.

If 7.3 is a super duty I dont see why it wouldnt work.

Yeah its a 7.3 superduty. Do you think it flows/cools more than the 6.0 stocker? I know it physically fits just wondering if its better.

I don't have any data to say that it no kidding cools more than the stocker does, but I think it would cool better because it is phyisically bigger with a larger/thicker cooling core and therefore should have a greater cooling capacity.

I can't say for sure that it'll cool your temps down, but I see no reason why it wouldn't. Also, if you're looking to upgrade your turbo in the future I would recommend the spearco, you don't wanna have to worry about blowing the end tanks off your stocker.
