I am in need of a spring compressor, without it i am atuck, somebody please tell me where i can find one or if there is anybody in orlando that can help me out, thanks

I guess it is a somewhat universal tool, ill go check it out tomorroq, just trying to get this thing done and not really thinking straight right now

Its going good, hardest part is putting the best parts in with the rebuild kit, make sure you have lots of brake clean, rags and your ATSG manual, and obviously a spring compressor haha, sorry i didn't take a pics but its pretty simple

Which spring are you trying to push?

The coast clutch piston return spring i think, its in between 2 oil plates

Which manual are you using? The 4r100 manual, with or without the updates or "ford 4r100 by greg catanzaro"?

The 4r100 manual but it claimed to have all the updates, it was wrote in 2003 so i really don't know

Well finally got around to making the spring compressor, got the clip ring in that i needed in, wasn't to bad, just got a piece of angle aluminum at least 20 inches long and a piece of all thread with matching nuts, and luckily i got a piece that was the same thread pitch as the oil pump bolt holes and i just threaded in those holes and locked it down with some nuts, also rigged up a handle on the back side, ill post pics when i get on the computer but it was pretty simple
