Squeak in the pitman arm

2004 F-250 6.0, a few days ago an annoying squeak started when I turn my steering wheel left and right. Only squeaks from about 1/4 to 1/2 turn, pass that the noise stops.

I greased all the points on the tie rods and had a buddy turn the wheel when I crawled under the front end. Seems like it's coming from where the pitman arm meets the steering box.

Any suggestions? Is there any way to lubricate that point, or do I have to replace it?

Thanks!

Shoot some WD down into the spline, if the noise stops, thats your issue.

Mind you, mine did not squeak, but it was always getting a misting of oil from my lower boost boot, but this is how mine looked. Very danger
