Squeaking coming from engine fuel filter bowl

Ok so I started my engine this morning and heard a faint squeaking going on and off in about 10sec intervals. Seems like it was coming from the Fuel filter bowl on top. An it was shacking a bit when squeaking was starting. Would this be something that is a indicater that I am starving the engine and need to do the Blue spring kit and maybe the 6.4 banjo bolts in my 2005 6.0
