srp1.1 issues

Guess ill be the first. Walked outside this morning and noticed oil sitting under the truck popped the Hood its coming from in the valley.However I noticed that the new style snap ring on the back is already coming apart. Can I use a screw driver to try an reseat it? And oil isn't draping out of the back I think its coming from where the hpop seats on the resivoir. Typed from phone sorry for misspells and grammar

I was able to snap the ring back into place. Only question is how long will it hold. Still trying to find the leak to be honest it looks like its coming from the 2 compression fittings where the hoses connect i got everything covered in simple green right now.

I figured I'd call him first thing tomorrow being that it's Sunday and Mothers day. we have this stuff at work called Bakerlok. I think im going to dab some on the snap ring just for insurance. The new style ring on the back isnt really a snap ring its ring that overlaps itself. Similar to a Backup ring.

Hopefully you get it taken care of, I know gary has faith in the product or that lifetime warranty stamp would never of been even mentioned.

I could only see an issue with the spiral lock if someone tried taking it apart. It takes a bit to take those spiral locks out
