This morning I went to start my truck and it almost sounded like it had air bubbles in the fuel lines. Now my question, does air always stay in the system if it gets there no matter how long it runs/cycles? I'll have to get a video too to see if you can hear it.

Another thing I noticed, is on the drivers side, the little vacuum pump never shuts off, but I always thought that had something to do with the auto-locking 4wd hubs. Am I right there? Any help would be awesome.

The air should eventually work out, if it never does then you have an issue causing it to suck air. Check your fuel filter caps to see if they are seated all the way.

As for the vacuum pump if it is always running then you have a vacuum leak. I would check the vacuum hoses going to the hubs for cuts or tears. Then if you have a vacuum tester you can trace and find the leak. If not then just follow your vacuum lines looking for cuts or tears.
