Anybody order from stealth automotive? Lookin for some feedback on their customer service

i ordered an intake and a chip with tony's tunes on it a couple years ago. Raul, i believe, was the guy to talk to. They were good to me. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past. Im waitin on two tuners rite now, to get my rebuilt 7.3 runnin rite. One of which hasnt responded for 3 weeks now. Nothin like spendin a butt load on a rebuild and not be able to drive it.

I ordered my ts chip through Stealth. Had a few issues and couldn't get in contact with anyone except Raul. He was a great guy and always responded quickly. This was the first of this year.
