Sterling 10.25 gears into a sterling 10.5???

Can obs gears be put into a sd axle... 10.25 into 10.5
My obs has a 10.25 with 4.10s and I got a sd axle but it has 3.73s I was wondering if they are interchangable

yes if you buy aftermarket gears for a 10.5 they actually sell you 10.25 gears so yes they will work

I did that a while back. There is a difference in the pinion bearing from the 10.25 to the 10.5.

I don't quite remember, but I think you need the front pinion from the 10.25
