stock turbo and stage 1s

I'm thinking of doing a set of rosewood stage 1s just got enough coin to do injectors atm will the stock charger handle them? later down the road plans are a d66 and an adrenaline pump and possible 30% nozzles swapped on the injectors.

it could live for a few years, or a few days, but with stage 1's, your turbo should stay alive for quite a while

Agreed... but stage I's on a d66 prolly wont even lite that poor turbo

go stage 2 and detune until you have your supporting mods in order. Cheaper and easier to send a chip off than injectors.

Why not? Been a favorite setup for years on obs trucks for people that didn't wanna go with a different mount or bigger injectors.

A d66 not spooling with stage 1's ? Its not that big. I can bury a 30 lb boost gauge with a set of stock ad's on my obs.

I was being mildly sarcastic, but the d66 really can handle a lot more fuel than stage 1's.

For a few minutes...

Guys give it more fuel, but just because you can, doesnt mean you should. Ive seen the D66 make 425 or so on 238s, but it was unhappy. The D66 only provides a little more air than the stocker, but its no different than a stocker. Drive pressure kills it just like a stocker.

Stage 1s are all Id run on the D66...

Really? Then why does Beans say that its an easy 500whp turbo w/ efuel, trans, intake/exhaust? I've seen lots of d66 builds making 450-500whp depending on other mods.

I mean, we're talking a stock tp38 w/ 59mm compressor to a d66 w/ a 66mm compressor wheel... thats quite a jump in size.
