truck is back on the grind of not starting , been an on going problem , truck starts when it wants to , whether its first start of the day , or after it just drove 100 miles , some days it fires right up and other it keeps cranking with no start , some days when it does start , even at operating temps when i shut it off , let it sit for a minute and it wont start back up just keeps cranking and cranking , im lucky ounce in a while it barley catches and fires , only way to get it to start is with a pinch of ether , i know my gp system is not working properly , but at these temps there not needed anyways , was recently at a local diesel shop and the ford dealer , between the two they told me it has good compression , good fuel pressure and passes a buzz test , dealer said the injectors could be binding up? truck does not miss a beat when running , no codes , no cel , everything works as it should , wts light all that stuff works , here is a video of what it does , hopefully i can get some help

Try unplugging the ICP sensor when it does that.
Also have you ever changed the CPS?
Also if you have a way to do it, watch the duty cycle and IPR function.

Check icp sensor for oil in the connector, check the tin nut on the ipr and the ipr harness too. Scan it and see if there are codes stored.

its got a new motorcraft cps , still wont start with the icp unplugged , just throws a cel , i don't have a way to watch ipr cycle and the tin nit is tight , i will scan it for codes again and see if i missed something
