Stock system, just a driven pre pump and fuel rain crossover. Had the 65 psi spring in, usually it sits at 67 dead wot or idle. Today fuel psi is 80 idle and 75 cruise.

I changed primary filter, and still the same. Fuel has been conditioned with stanadyne and I added some 911 thinking maybe the return valve was maybe clogged with some wax.

No idea here

I'd check the fuel pressure spring. I don't know how long you've had it installed but if they bind up, your fuel pressure can go up.

It's a sender issue. My gauge at work read good. Today the gauge pegged 100 psi

Yep, and I run 4000 psi hpo as well. With those numbers and the hydraulic multiplication of the injector, I am running CR injections pressures!!!

Fug... it came to me when my inside gauge started heading north and the underhood gauge sat at 62.
