Looks like im keeping my roller-skate.
Here is what is done so far,

Updated STC fitting, EGR delete, new oil cooler, all associated gaskets and new intake manifold gaskets.
Coolant filter, blue spring, intake, full exhaust and SCT with Matts non studded tuning.
Recon tail lights, fender lights, clearance lights and mirror lights.
All new calipers and front bearings.
Still have to install the 6.4 banjos sitting in the garage along with my delta line kit.

I am in the process of changing the company I work for to a much better one.
They pay me .56c/mi and $400 a month for me to drive it cross country.

I am thinking of doing the following,
Ported manifold, billet wheel in the stock turbo, maybe upgrading the injectors and getting it studded.
Also I want to drop the rear aprox 2" to get it low and level.
Possible ptm mirrors, ptm bumper, ptm grille/cut out the center of the grille and replace with mesh, remove chrome handles and new tint as it is faded.
Also need gauges or cts like monitor.
Better/wider mud terrain tires.
Install my spare cooling mist system.
Also re finish the headlights with one of those cleaner kits.

I am not looking for a specific hp number, just want to drive the chit out of it.
The truck is fun as hell the way it sits and hauls the mail while getting 20 mpg on the highway.

But in the end this company will finish paying it off and make it fun in the process all while racking up the miles like crazy.
So what are your suggestions as to what I should do with this bish?

I think a cowl hood would set it off.

Yes those lights are exactly what I'm looking for.
If I remove the blocks in the rear will it sit level or will I have to replace the 3" with 1"?

Somewhere down in Texas..
You sure you have a block?? My rclb 2wd has no rear block.

Personally...step deletex leave the chrome on the bumpers, either harley or chrome package grille, harley heads, drop the ass, and put it on 19.5s or milled 22,5s with a street oriented tire. Its 2wd, and you wanna lower it don't dick it up with mud or all terrain tires. I honestly would bring the truck up in the front 2", did this to my 2wd. And it sits right, now. Keep some chrome, all monotone is played out, and gets kinda boring.

That thing would look killer all ptm with 22s. On my old crew cab 08 I paid like $1300 to have the bumpers, fender flares and mirror caps painted to match.

X2 for 22.5's that'd look sick!

I agree completely. Kris had the perfect look on his 02 cclb with that same color. Leave the front and drop the rear to match. Go with a Eagle 20" dually wheel that black and machined. Truck will have the perfect amount of chrome, black, and gray. Wish I was in need of a truck right now I'd try to buy it from you. Liked it from the moment you bought it.

Sum bish. No rear block...
I really want to lower the back.
What's the easiest way?
I don't want to lose any load capacity.
And yes it will have MTs as they are needed for the first time in this trucks life with its new duties.
Rims are a distant goal but will be a while.

I saw it for sale and I'd love it but can't afford a 2nd one. Personally I'd just level it out and drive it. I think step delete and 19.5's would be sick. Would look awesome lowered in rear on 22's hahaha

If you tow and lower the rear then I would prolly look into some air bags. I like the idea of some 19.5's myself.
