I had done this a long time ago, it was a slick setup. I used 1/2" line from the sump plumbed to a quick connect fitting and connected right to the pump like stock.
I'm looking to keep my 175's happy as inexpensively as possible. Stock nozzles so they aren't screaming for fuel but on a hard WOT run I can get into the 50's...figure this can be the beginning of the fuel system upgrades that I know will benefit and future upgrades.
I did this to help my stock pump last with 190/75s for a while, and instead of dropping from 60 to 48 psi, it dropped from 60 to 55 psi on a hard run on fuell fuel. It helped a good deal.
sweet that exactly what I was looking for!!!! This is gonna be my next mod...turbo should be done next week...hopefully. Sell my core and buy a sump and some line.
