The title pretty much says my question, I am running spartans tunes and I have a bad surge when I have between 3 and 10psi of boost. I can watch my fuel rail pressure jump between 10890 to 14565 when I am cfruising between 55 and 73. When the symptoms start they don't go away they get worse. Has any one had this issuse or know mayb a direction to point me in. Thanks

Several people one here have had issues with ported rails on stock fuel causing surging. Some have been able to take care of it with custom tuning tweaks. Others have had no luck fixing it and resorted to removing the ported rails. Some people have no issue at all with them.

Here's a thread about it started by the guy that built my truck and whom I bought my truck from.

Try unplugging the fuel temp sensor and see what that does, it will make your fan run at low speeds and put a wrench on the dash but otherwise function normal, report back

Ok I found the sensor I was being dumb:morons: but I went for a drive the fuel temp was around 58degrees and the sensor was unplugged, never got a wrench in the dash and the fan never ran except at a stop light. I ran around 70mph and the truck did the same symptom just not as bad. I noticed it surged at idle when it was unplugged this was all on Spartans 210 tune. outside temp was around 38 degres
