Surging at idle need help.

I have a 2005 Excursion with the 6.0. It has a 4 inch down pipe back exhaust no muffler, pcv reroute, Power Hungry Performance ficm mod and 50 hp tune. When idiling the rpm's are surging up and down. This just started after recently installing a Sinister EGR delete, blue fuel spring & updated turbo oil feed line. Not sure the problem is connected to any of the new parts but wasn't doing it before hand. Any ideas would be appreciated.

is the egr vavle pluged in?

It is currently plugged in but not bolted in the intake. When I had the ECM & FICM tuned by PHP they knew I was going to be doing the EGR delete & were supposed to make it so it wouldn't throw a CEL. But, it did so I just plugged it back in and it's laying next to the oil filter housing for now.
