Suspension from the factory

I noticed that my friends dad's XLT f350 looked more level than mine did before I leveled mine, I look under his front springs and it looks like there was a riser in there from the factory, and my truck didn't have it, any reason to it? Both truck are same year and frame config. And both say 4x4 Off Road on the box, but mines a KR, only difference there was was his have the stock 20s from the factor and mine came with the KR 18s

Plow package or for the bigger wheels maybe

I know you can order the 2 inch leveling kit from ford for the C&C F-450's in the (Low Deflection Package) but idk about the regular trucks.

Mines got a plow package too.

I ordered my 09 with 20's and the plow package and it didn't come with any spacer. I bet somebody added a leveling kit before he bought it.

It was definitely factory. Not added
