Suspension/lift upgrade ..Helpp!!

Looking at upgrading the suspension/lift on my 2011 f250. Any suggestions on what to get would be helpful. Currently got a 3" level kit with stock suspension and rides like a tank.

I had a 3 inch tough country lift and mine rode like a Cadillac

I have the icon 2.5 with the 2.0 shocks. Rode in carli equipped truck ( it did have king 2.5s, so not really apples to apples) but I'm ordering a carli kit soon... it rides fantastic.
