Sway bars question

Will a sway bar off a 99.25 f350 cab and chassis srw work on a 08 f250 ?

If you go to the Hellwig website, you can compare part numbers for the model year and configuration. A quick looksee showed the same part number for 1999-04 and 05-07 and 08-10 model years pick-ups. The cab and chassis has a narrower frame so it might not work.
