Literally is a tube single oring welded to a plate that is drilled for the original fuel bowl mounting pattern. The feed was a hole in the base plate centered directly over your OE pedestal mount feed from the block. Use your original feed spot and orings to mount your base plate with the original pedestal mounting holes. Thread the hole for your feed pressure to accept a 6an male fitting or bigger if you like.
