I'm looking to take off the pole on my tailgate but can't find the part numbers/parts for the replacement panels. I saw someone did the swap but I don't remember his username. Can anyone help assist me please?

I went to a local metal supplier and had them cut me a piece of aluminum diamond plate to size. Much easier loading and unloading without all the ridges in the plastic piece. I used the factory hole and some machine screws with the same thread pitch.
