Alright so i have had my dual Terminator pumps on my truck for roughly 5 years now, and am just curious on a couple issues i am starting to experience. First off my oil temp seems to be higher than normal. I have just replaced the oil cooler thinking that was the issue which apparently it was not. Second my ICP seems to jump around quite a bit(200-300psi). I have replaced the IPR and ICP sensor with hopes that was the issue, but again no success. One last question does it matter where the return line goes into the reservoir cover at? Mine just goes into where the plug was. Any help would be great.

I think there are some old good threads on this. I drilled and tapped my top cover right where the horse shoe recess is at. That drops the oil right down into the oil pan. If you plug it into the port on top it just recirculates the oil. When I originally had it that way I was seeing 265 degree oil temps and it was screwing up things a little bit. After I changed out my oil cooler, my injector O-rings, some EOT sensors and other stuff I can't remember, I finally just rerouted the IPR dump. All of a sudden my temps went back to normal.

Oh and my pumps have been at Joeys place since January of 2015. They disappeared in his shop somewhere and now he can't find them. I had one of the housings crack for some freak reason. Hopefully he finds them soon so I can get them back...LOL

Ok i actually moved my dump tonight to that Horseshoe spot and am still getting roughly 220-230 oil temps. This is with new EOT as well. I havent been able to get in touch with Joey for a while so i am hoping its just something else and not the pumps

220ish isn't bad at all. When mine is working that is the range it is in. I think the sensor can be quite a bit off. I think I saw like 8 degrees difference just between sensors.
