2008 6.4, billet 366, custom tunes, no limit intake, 6.0 BD manifolds and HD up pipes, new trans and converter. Best of 12 or so going 70-75. Why is it so terrible? Also has a 4.5 lift, few light bars, HD bumpers, and 35s

35's 22's 3.55's and 3 inch lift and a ranch hand rear bumper LOL My LPFP was dying so i'm gonna see if a new brings up the MPG a bit.
Keep me posted on that. Maybe I have issues also? Its pretty bad that I can make more than 12, and I can't even use it to tow. Gets too hot.

Same problem I had I'll keep you posted I couldn't even drive up hills on the freeway without it getting to hot and having to slow down and go in the slow lane did you get your leaking uppipes fixed yet?

cow killer bumper = -1mpg

light bars = -1mpg

4.5" lift = -1mpg

mud tires = -2mpg

dirty smokey tune to try to get 66mm turbo lit = -2mpg

What about the light bar I have in the back for the hitch? Does that cancel out the bar in front?

You can't compare it to a cummins man. My friend and me did a job towing trailers one time.. I had every reliability and airflow mod done, with Gearhead tunes, on 32 inch street tires. Towing the trailers back on the highway I got 11mpg. He has a 6.7 cummins on 35 trail grapplers with a tune and exhaust and he got 21 mpg on the way back. Both hand calculated.

Not if you jack it to the moon, put mud tires and a bro brow across the windshield

My 6.4 gets 19 on the highway, but its stock height with Michelins and I even added a job 2 front valence.

It doesn't quite get the white sunglass seal of approval, but it does what I need it to.

Just get a 6.7 PSD and forget about it. My stock height '15 deleted is getting 18.4 hand calculated mixed driving and is a pleasure to drive. Just saying.

Your gearing is not great for stop light to stop light driving in a heavy truck, however once moving freeway speed it should be good. These truck can vary SO much though from the next one and to another even with identical mods. Its rare to see two act the same.
