I just purchased a 2008 F450 - 6.4L 128K miles and I am in the process of doing the final inspections on it. Everything looks good short of a Hydroboost leak into the interior (simply enough fix). But I want to verify the motor is solid without doing a compression test (I don't have the adapter to thread into the glowplug hole). I have a magnehelic gauge, and I built a test fixture to screw into the oil filler tube. But I need to know the size of the hole in the top of the Ford Crankcase Pressure Test tool part # 303-758 so I make sure that the measurements are correct.
Does anyone know what the size of the hole/orifice is for the 6.0/6.4 (not the 7.3)?
