sinister solid y-pipe. looks great to me. can get any more pics of specifics if anyone is interested. i know ive seen alot of people "wondering" about these.

The expansion joint is pretty cool design. It's not a true solid pipe as I expected.

i love that it pulls apart, should be even easier to install. loosely attach bottom pieces to headers then wiggle on the smaller y-pipe.

i just like that it doesnt have bellows to crack, or flow obstructions. and it looks nice too :p

Shouldn't need any clamps, Atleast the ones I've used they just seal from heating up and expanding they should be a pretty tight fit to begin with.

this is true. heat seals them. there are essentially three layers. each layer closer to the center will heat and expand more than the cooler layer outside of it, sealing it. and no, no clamps.

and yeah, they need a little elbow grease and twist motion to put together. definitely not just sliding it in there.

Personally i wouldn't spend a cent on anything from sinister diesel. Like said, the stock pipes would perform better than those i believe.
