I just installed a set of remanufactured 190/100 injectors over the weekend and so far Stock fuel system and stock turbo as of right now. But I hear a ticking noise from the passenger side I can't tell where it is coming from I made sure I didn't double copper and torqued them to spec. I got th injectors from warren and custom tunes from gear head. It idles fine. All I know is that I hear it the most outside on the passenger side and I can hear it from the front. Almost sounds like it could just be a exhaust manifold leak. But a couple months ago I just put new exhaust manifold gaskets. (Aftermarket gaskets) possibly a Stc fitting? HELP! Hopefully just paranoid and no serious issue

Noticed mine doing the same after 190/50's... Seems its very common on these trucks and people usually only notice after an install... not saying that there Isnt anything wrong with yours just throwing it out there... there are several threads on the subject and most end with the same results of nothing found to be wrong...

That's kind of a relief I thought it was me just being paranoid. Thank you. It's just the slightest ticking noise too. Thanks again

Just ran the truck today I know I have a bad direct solenoid but I took it out bout 85-80% throttle sounded good lots of power for stock turbo. Pulled a p0266 code for cylinder two misfire or something but it's not missing at all. What's the deal with that?

Could of been from the swap, air in the system, if it comes back I would investigate more.

Yeah the p0266 is a contribution/balance fault but I did a koer test for injector contribution and they all checked out. The code was tough to clear out. As far as I know it's gone but I haven't checked in the last couple days. Hopefully it's okay. Again it's for cylinder 2 but the ticking/tapping noise is from the passenger side? I don't know
