4.0l sahara

So getting back into the 2.6 truck we are building I was pulling the heads on the motor we bought and found a nice surprise in the number 7 hole. A little water had gone down the intake port and sat in the cylinder and rusted the walls. So now a cam swap turned into a block swap and other changes. So The plan all along was
-oil cooler ******
-just running a oil filter
-small radiator
-some sort of oil warmer
Not sure if the factory front cover will stay with the stock water pump or not yet. But really just wondering who has filled a 6.0/6.4 and how much? I could fill it to the deck and just cool the heads just not really sure how much i want to fill it. So who has filed a 6.0?
