It can run funny (at least I remember it being reported in the past when guys started shimming the regulator). More is not always better. What is your's running at? 60-65 psi is good at idle. Cheers!

I haven't had a chance to check it, but I just did my fuel pump, fuel bowl and hpop, and I forgot that I had shimmed the fpr when my old pump was on it, so I'm guessing it may be too high with my brand new fuel pump and the shim.
Man Patrick your helping me on every forum I'm on.lol.

According to Rosewood, 65 PSI is prime at WOT. I'm running mine at 66.5 PSI at idle so at WOT I am right at 65 PSI.
