torque converter lock up switch

Having trouble with my tc lock up switch. I went under my truck and I found three purple wires. One with a green/yellowish color t
rader. The other two had orangeish color wires. I connected to the one with yellowish color and it seems to kick it in and out of overdrive. Anyone know which one it is?

Should be the green wire with a yellow tracer

Purple with yellow tracer sounds like the one to me.

Yea then ground out the other end on the switch?

Yes that's correct. It is the purple with yellow tracer, don't know why I was thinking green an yellow.

Found my problem. I wasn't getting a good ground so it was wanting to lock in and out.
