I think John Wood had a set up to put a 6.0 cooler in the 7.3 at one time. I have not seen anything about that lately.

Caryt is still selling em. I think you can throw a 6.0 converter directly on, but to do it right it needs either machining or an adapter. Not really a ton of info out there on it.

Best replacement Tq converter for a mild build or stock trans is a 6.0 modded to fit..they hold up to a chipped 6.0 so in a 7.3 will work great. Very reasonable compared to the others mentioned. PM if you have questions or would like a price.

2010 post.

The PI stallion that bts uses is over 1000$ (no thank you). I already have an upgraded valvebody.

I want to spend about 400$ on one. So the ari ones are okay?.
I went to there website and i dont understand there method, do i ship my converter to them to be modified or? do they send one out and take mine as a core?

I will look at this gogo you are talking about.

No comments on the chrissman ones?

Also the pricing if i remember correctly on the modded 6.0 units is almost 700$. Does anyone know how much it is to mod a 6.0 tc if i already have one?
