Tow Hook Removal..?

Has anyone removed or replaced there front hooks? Just curious if the bumper needs to be removed prior to?

It appears they will come out by removing the two forward bound bolts that attach to the brackets?

Bumper comes off in 20 min would make it easier.

the tow hooks are the bumper mounts. 4 bolts and some clips to remove the bumper and 6 bolts to remove tow hooks
