Tow Package, Excursion

How can I tell whether or not an Excursion, 2004 model has the tow package? My uncle is interested in purchasing one that is for sale near home. The vehicle looks to be in pristine condition. Owner says it has the tow package but the side view mirrows are the small ones which don't expand for trailer towing. Got me to wondering.

Can anyone say definitively that the shorty side view mirrows don't come with the tow package?

every excursion came with the tow package. tow hitches, trailer wiring etc is all standard. the only options towing wise are mirrors
