Towing tuned - a bit concerned

Saw a couple of threads about towing tuned was roasting engines and pistons. I will be towing 11K lbs tomorrow and a bit concerned.

I will have the PiP tow tune loaded. Anyone have any trouble with the Pip tow tune? Anyone ever towed a good load with it?

I tow 18,000 all day long on performance just what your temps and you'll be good. Running on cruse going up and down hills can get them hot and the hard shifting isn't good on them so if your on hills stay on the pedal.

Assuming you don't have some jacked up tune which is rare you have nothing to worry about.

Just Check the EGR and thats it

Not an issue here on pip tow tune. The jeeps are a bit over 7k lbs each. Truck was deleted at 100miles. About 2500 on it now. Been hooked to this trailer since it left the dealership. I wouldn't worry about a thing!

I tow my 18k camper and my truck weights 12k from job to job. No problems. I don't run it on cruise and watch my temps. U need some sort of gauges cause the factory gauges won't show much. The water temp will get up on my mini maxx but never move on the factory cluster.

I tow between 10 and 18k with my SRW F350. 35000 miles now all deleted. And we have some good hills around here. One is 10km long and no issues. Just keep an eye on EGT's....
