Removing the rear 3" block took out a lot of room for the bumpstop to compress so it contacted the axle frequently towing so there was minimal room back there and it hit the stops a lot. Even being leveled, I would still advise doing bags. My new 22' F350 will be leveled in the front with an OUO 2.5 kit and I'm doing Airlift 7500 bags in the rear anyway.
