Traction bars and sway bar question

I got the Flight Fab rear traction bars installed. Question is do i keep the sway bar in rear? Or just unbolt it and take it out?

How do you like the flight fab bars???

Are they quiet?? Has the shifting smoothed out??

I love them. Truck is night and day different. Shifts feel smooth, and tight. They are very quiet, have grease zirks so you can keep them lubed. Im very pleased with them. Miles did a fantastic job on them.

I didn't know noise was even an issue with traction bars. Weird...

Me either honestly. This is my first set. But theymake no noise far as i can tell.

in a neutral position some may rattle or chatter..

Like how mine do now. I also have flight fabs. . . . Maybe I should look into it.... Or I can get more audio crap LOl

So far as i can tell mine dont rattle. I hear my fifth wheel hitch from time to time. But they do make a difference in how the truck drives.

thats prolly just the front radious arm bushings. the ole broncos did tye same thing.. its the friction from the rubber..

I took mine out. But I don't have those bars either...

I don't recall any noise with my traction bars, but I suppose it's hard to tell with my JL system blasting Shakira all the time. Them hips don't lie...
